week 6 - Write a summary of a software that you always use and explain how it helps you in your daily life and /or work.

   The software that helps me in my daily life while I'm studying is Microsoft Onenote.And I have list some of the advantages.The first point is that it can be classified very well. It can be divided into three categories, the first one is used to classify the study week, the second is the classification subject, and the third is the classification chapter. Generally, I will copy and paste the note before lecturer starting the class so that I can record the key points faster during the lecture. The second point is how to take notes. When the lecturer explains the key points in the class, I can immediately use the highlighter to highlight the key points that emphasize by the lecturer or circle it.When the lecturer repeats 2-3 times in a topic, I will immediately record it, because that may be the tips of the exam. Then I can also record the key point according to my favorite colour so that to facilitate my own comfort way. In addition to using a highlighter, sometimes I can also draw a star to record the point. The third point is the example notes. I will also record the examples that lecture by the lecturer then record it beside the topic. This will help me easilt to understand, and if there are similar question during the exam, I can do it well. The fourth point is the drawing function. When the lecturer is explaining, I can draw an arrow to explain which part the lecturer is explaining at the time. Then how do I do it  electronic notes efficiently? It is said that handwritten notes are more effective than electronic notes. In fact, the main reason is that the handwriting will be very slow, then it will take a lot of time to writing the information and then absorb it.  When using a practical computer, we can input the content faster by typing, which results in no time to think and listen carefully.  When using onenote, I can directly copy n paste the note, so that I can listen and record immediately.  In conclusion is that onenote makes me more easier and faster to learn, and it is more convenience for me meanwhile also helps me to save more time.

Week2-How does a computer contribute in my personal daily routines as a student.

    With the development of technologic, computer become common in this modern living .In my personal life as a student , I usually use computer just for doing assignments and notes. At the other time, I almost using smartphone. The app that I always used to do my note is Microsoft One note. There are many functions and easy to operate and it can also be used in sync with the phone. So that I can read my note when I’ m not at home. Moreover, computer brings me more convenient while doing research. It allows to open many website in a time and this cannot be done with the phone. I can also obtained the information through online quickly. Since I just got in touch with the computer, I’ m still self-learning to create my computer for more value in my daily routines. My life would not be affect if without computer because I still have smartphone but we can’t imagine there is no computer in the world. Computer played an important role in the modern society.

Week 1 - my first online classroom

     After ending my secondary school life, I was look forward to my new campus life but plan can’t keep up with change, Covid-19 suddenly become pandemic in Malaysia. Due to the pandemic the federal government have started to execute “Movement Control Order” (MCO) from April 18 until now. During this MCO many industries were not allow to work and all the school had been suspension of classes without suspension of school. All of the people have to keep a distance of 1 meter. I did not expect that online learning is starting from this year. It is too unimaginable for me. My first online learning was starting on May. My school had offer online learning by using CANVAS. Before implement of online learning, I’m worried that I won’t keep up with the lesson but fortunately is after my first online learning, the lecturer is kindly and during the online learning he will ask some questions so that can interact with students.
